Enjoy traditional dishes such as Choucroute and bouchée à la reine, a beef tonderloin that is fambéed with Cognac at your table or a filet américain seasoned at your table according to your taste - and for dessert a traditional Crêpe Suzette.
Our menu changes with the seasons, highlighting seasonal products such as aspergus in spring and game in fall. Fresh and home-made products such as Foie Gras or smoked salmon, paired with an individually and carefully selected wine of our wine cellar, complete our culinary offer.
Throughout the year we add different specials to our menu, such as our Daily Menus, Market Menu or Holidays Menu.
