In our restaurant, every seat counts.
Changing the number of guests at the last minute – even for just one person – disrupts our entire organization. A table for 5 that turns into a table for 4 upon arrival means seats blocked for nothing, other guests we cannot accommodate, a lost table, and a disorganized service.

The secret? Anticiping.
Unforeseen event? One less guest?
Let us know, even at 11:30 AM that very morning!
If we know in time, we can reorganize our tables, adjust our floor plan, and welcome other guests.
